As we ring in the one year anniversary of the first shoot day of “Regular Joe” (Day 1: 6/26/06) I’m proud to announce that the film is, at long last, nearly completed!

Work has continued at a slow and steady pace for the past year as all of the post-production processes have been taken care of. The image is great and is going through color correction this week. The cut is very strong and the animated segments add just the right amount of whimsy to film. We’ve made a last minute addition of animated opening credits and have found an amazing songwriter to compose and record an original song to play over the opening and closing credits. Sound design is nearly complete and music licensing is, finally, in the bag. So, in a nutshell, WE’RE NEARLY DONE!

We expect full completion of the film in the next couple of week and will be scheduling a special screening for cast, crew, friends and supporters soon after that.

In the meantime, check out the film’s listing on IMDB. If you’re a member of the cast or crew, you should already be listed. If you’re not, drop us a line and let us know. Special thanks, locations, art donations, etc... have not gotten listed yet, but dropping us a line to remind us of the correct spelling of your name probably wouldn’t go amiss.

Because of an issue with our previous hosting service (i.e., they stole a bunch of money and took off with our data) much of the info on the film's website is either out of date or missing. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working to update the site and get some photo and news back up again.
